Accommodation Changes, Cancellations and Refunds:

• The full payment is required in order to confirm your hotel reservation.
• Payments can be realized either by bank transfer or credit card.
• Reservation should be made before August 12, 2011; reservation after this date shall be subject to availability.
• Cancellations should only be made written to isop2011@serenas.com.tr and
       If received by August 26, 2011 the payment will be refunded in full,
       If received between August 26, 2011 and September 2, 2011, 50% of the fee will be refunded,
       If received later than September 2, 2011, there will be no refund.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Name change will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the Conference
• Changes in arrival or departure dates will be accepted with no extra charge, and subject to availability of rooms, up to 72 hours before the confirmed date of arrival. If advice of a delayed arrival date is received less than 72 hours before the previously confirmed date of arrival, one night's fee will be charged.
