Registration Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds:
- Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form. (May be post-mailed or filled in via the website www.isop2011.org) and the full payment.
- All payments have to be made in Euro (€) by credit card or bank transfer.
- All banking costs and credit card bank charges must be paid by the participant.
- Members of ISoP are eligible for the "member" rate. If ISoP cannot verify your current membership, you will be charged the non-member rate.
- When you pay and register as a Non-Member at the full registration rate, you will receive ISoP membership status from 1 January until 31 December 2012 (this membership does not include a subscription to the journal Society ‘Drug Safety’).
- A welcome letter will be sent after the conference when the Applications Committee of ISoP confirmed the acceptance.
- Written confirmation will be sent by e-mail to all registered delegates.
- Registration must be postmarked no later than August 15, 2011, to qualify for discounted fees.
- Cancellations of registration should only be made written to isop2011@serenas.com.tr and
- If received by August 1, 2011 the payment will be refunded in full
- If received between August 1, 2011 and September 1, 2011, 50% of the fee will be refunded
- If received later than September 1, 2011, there will be no refund. - All cancellations must be done in writing and must be received (not sent) within August 1, 2011.
- All refunds, if any, will be done after the end of the Meeting.

The International Society of Pharmacovigilance (ISoP) can offer some limited financial assistance to young researchers in pharmacovigilance from emerging countries* (maximum age 35 years - from universities or research institutions) and full-time students from any countries ** (maximum age 30 years) who wish to attend the 11th ISoP Annual Meeting in Istanbul, Turkey, 26th - 28th October 2011.
The deadline for applications has now passed. All applicants have been informed of the outcome of their application.
